When a Simple Roof Repair Is All You Need

Sometimes all you need is a simple repair. We oftentimes see improper installation which can lead to water exposure over time. In this case, the previous roofing company made a simple but big mistake...

they put nails through the metal flashing. This is what has allowed the water to slowly work its way beneath the nail and flashing and onto the decking where it slowly diminishes the integrity of the deck. Even though this roof is old, we were able to repair this decking and the shingles along this slope, along with all the hip and ridge shingles.
